Shishir Donde, a seasoned industry veteran with over two decades of experience, is the driving force behind 3SIS. With a proven track record in diverse sectors like Pharma, IT, Jewellery, Oil, FMCG, and Job Shop, Shishir specializes in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), gap analysis, and organizational restructuring. Passionate about driving operational excellence, he leverages world-class MRP II practices to eliminate waste, enhance productivity, and achieve significant cost savings and revenue growth. Shishir’s expertise is complemented by his Master’s degree from Australia, MRP II certification from APICS-USA, SAP certification from Singapore, and a Bachelor’s degree in sciences. Shishir is a corporate SAP Trainer and an avid golfer, dedicated to mentoring aspiring professionals.
